In
cPanel, email accounts which forward to another
address are known as forwarders.
How
to create a forwarder in your cPanel interface:
Log
into your cPanel interface via a web browser.
Once logged in, click on Mail. then
you will be taken to the Mail Manager Main Menu.
In
the new screen, click on Forwarders
and then again on the "Add Forwarder"
link.

In
the "name" field, enter the address
which you wish to forward elsewhere. For example,
enter "sales" to forward emails sent
to "sales@yourdomain.com" to another
address.
You
can enter names for which a POP account already
exists and in that case, emails sent to it will
be stored in the POP account and forwarded to
the address of your choice. You can also forward
emails to multiple addresses by listing them in
the forwarding address field, separated by a comma.
(address1,address2)
In
the "forwarding address" field, enter
the address to which you wish to forward emails.
This address can be an account on the same server
(for example sales@yourdomain.com forwarding to
support@yourdomain.com), or it can be on a different
server (your ISP, AOL, a different domain, etc).
Some
people prefer to add multiple address by simply
repeating the process of creating a forwarder,
using the same name every time, but a different
forwarding address.
Finally,
click the "Add Forwarder" button. Your
forwarding account has been created.
